Weather Policy:
Cancellation due to weather is at the Captain's discretion. If he needs to cancel due to poor weather, you will be fully refunded or can rebook in available times. This does not apply when the customer cancels due to unfavorable weather. See cancellation policy for details on customer cancellations.
Cancellation Policy:
We do require a 50% deposit. Cancellation by you or your party for any reason would forfeit this deposit if it is within 7 days of your booking. This does not apply if you want to rebook. If there are two cancellations, the deposit is non-refundable at time of second cancellation, even if outside of the one week window.
